Benji Holder
Benji Holder had been overweight his whole life and says it got worse once he became an adult. "It got to a point where it got difficult with ordinary life and regular tasks," said Holder.
His children played a big role in his decision to get healthy, as they required a lot of his attention and energy. In October 2023, he had bariatric surgery at Lutheran Hospital and has lost over 200 pounds.
"I'm just very thankful that I was able to take this opportunity and this step and just get healthy," said Holder.
