Lutheran Health Physicians Welcomes Family Medicine Provider to Auburn Team

Lutheran Health Physicians family medicine in Auburn welcomed a new provider to their team. Laura Macy, D.O., is a family medicine physician providing patient-centered care for men, women and children of all ages at 510 Smaltz Way.
Her services range from physicals and routine medical treatment to care for sudden illnesses and chronic diseases. Dr. Macy also has a special interest in women’s health and weight management.
Macy is a native of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. She earned her bachelor’s degree in science at Western Kentucky University and her medical degree from the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine.
“I love the relationship I develop with patients and taking care of the whole family,” she shared. “I am looking forward to building a practice here in Auburn and being an active member of the community.
Macy lives in Auburn with her husband, Austin Macy, who is an Auburn native. He is a career counselor at Kruse Plaza and associated with Auburn Main Street. They recently adopted a Bernese mountain dog puppy.
