9/29/2022
Lutheran Health Network will open its newest healthcare facility Monday to serve the community in and around northwest Allen County.
The more than 22,000-square-foot facility at 12404 Lima Crossing Drive includes family medicine offices offering same- or next-day appointments, online scheduling and telehealth visits; on-site lab and imaging with walk-in lab and X-ray services and ultrasounds by appointment; and a RediMed urgent care open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week.
“This building brings together the best of Lutheran Health Network services under one roof, but what we are building is much more than bricks and mortar,” said Scott Teffeteller, market chief executive officer for the network. “We want to be this community’s partner in health by being here when you cannot wait for care.”
Community leaders including Huntertown councilman Brandon Seifert and Lutheran Health Network leadership, including Teffeteller and Dupont Hospital CEO Mark Dooley joined staff and providers to cut the ribbon on the new healthcare facility Thursday, which will welcome patients starting Monday, Oct. 3.
The project’s architect was MKM Architecture + Design, the developer was Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate and the contractor was FCI Construction.
