Hometown Doctor Returns: Dr. Weston Joins Lutheran Women’s Health Team in Warsaw
1/21/2026
Lutheran Health Physicians is proud to announce the addition of Kayla Weston, D.O., FACOOG, to its women’s health team in Kosciusko County. For Dr. Weston, this appointment marks a meaningful homecoming, as she returns to her roots in Warsaw to provide obstetric and gynecological care to the community that raised her.
After completing her medical education at Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Lynchburg, Virginia, and her OB/GYN residency at Ascension Genesys Hospital in Grand Blanc, Michigan, Weston practiced for a few years in the Seattle, Washington area, joining her husband, where he was serving in the US Army, first special forces group. Following his retirement from the military, Dr. Weston chose to return home to address the growing need for personalized women’s healthcare in the region.
“I aim to foster a trusted relationship with my patients, one in which any problem, concern, or question can be brought and answered fully without judgment. A woman struggling with health problems is unable to be the best person, wife, mother and member of her community that she can be. I desire to be a physician who compassionately alleviates each patient's concern about her health and sees her reach her full potential in each chapter of life,” said Dr. Weston.
“We couldn’t be happier to welcome Dr. Weston back to Warsaw,” said Kim Carson, director of physician office operations at Lutheran Health Physicians. “ Her clinical excellence, combined with her deep personal ties to our community, makes her an invaluable asset to our patients and staff.”
Dr. Weston holds a particular interest in robotic surgery and enjoys the teaching role her job provides, which helps patients be educated about their health, conditions, and ways they can live well now and in the future.
“In OBGYN, we have the privilege of walking with young women, expecting mothers, as well as peri- and post-menopausal women. I love the combination of surgery, long-term patient care, and the preventive medicine aspects of obstetrics and gynecology,” said Dr. Weston.
She will begin seeing patients on February 2, 2026, at 1275 Provident Drive in Warsaw. To schedule an appointment individuals can call (574) 269-4026 or use https://www.lutheranhealthphysicians.com/doctors-providers/weston-kayla-do-facoog-10324.
