Aquatic Exercise Program
Regular exercise can help promote independence and a general sense of well-being at any age. This exercise program has been specifically designed for those with arthritis or anyone who could benefit from a structured fitness program in a heated pool.
With the aid of the water's buoyancy and resistance, our program will lead you through a series of exercises designed specifically to help improve joint flexibility. The warm water and gentle movements can also help to relieve pain and stiffness.
These exercises can help you to improve your muscular strength and endurance, range of motion, balance and coordination and improve your overall quality of life.
Join us for fun and fitness at The Orthopedic Hospital at the Fort Wayne Orthopedics campus where we offer quality outcomes for a lifetime.
