WARSAW, Ind. (March 11, 2013) – Kosciusko Community Hospital will expand medical services in Syracuse when renovations are completed inside the previous Arthur’s Fresh Market building that is located at 107 W. Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. Construction has begun and is scheduled for completion this fall.
Dr. John Kratzer’s practice, Northern Lakes Family Medicine, is currently located at 808 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Dr. Kratzer will move his practice into the new medical office building when renovations are completed. Additional medical staff will be added as needed.
“The location at West Pickwick Drive offers the ideal setting for improving access to medical care in Syracuse. Dr. Kratzer’s patients will enjoy the updated facility and expanded parking. The space allows KCH to add medical staff and services that support Dr. Kratzer’s family practice in Syracuse. We are happy to be a community healthcare partner,” said Stephen R. Miller, CEO at Kosciusko Community Hospital.
Dr. Kratzer noted, “The new medical office building will be a setting where support services for my patients can be expanded. Having this new building will allow enhanced testing and treatment capabilities, as well as specialists, to serve the community. My staff and I look forward to moving to the new location.”
Great Lakes Capital is leasing the facility to KCH. They have begun the design and construction on the site. “This is an opportunity to strengthen healthcare resources in Syracuse and we are excited to work with KCH on this project,” said Ryan Rans, Great Lakes Capital Managing Member.
