St. Joseph Hospital is Fort Wayne's first hospital, established in 1869.

Today, the facility provides our community with quality healthcare services, including the renovated St. Joseph Regional Burn Center, the only verified burn center in northeastern Indiana. St. Joseph is also known for its commitment to services for seniors, focusing on both medical and social needs. You'll find an accredited Sleep Disorders Center at St. Joseph Hospital, in addition to a Wound Care Center, Coronary Intensive Care Unit, an Orthopaedic Center and hyperbaric programs. With the completion of its new Medical Office Building, St. Joe is now home to the Fort Wayne Medical Education program, which serves more than 25,000 patients every year.

St. Joseph Hospital is located in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne, and remains committed to the city's southeast side by providing medical services through Anthony Medical Center and Lafayette Medical Center.
